Problems in connecting to the IP range 63.246.154.190 to 63.246.154.197. Those servers experience no connectivity from some networks in US and Europe. Our network provider has been alerted of this issue and is currently working in restablishing the faulty nodes or reconfiguring routes to get back to normal.
We do estimate a maximum of 2 hours to recover connectivity for that range of servers.

Yesterday we had 15 min outage in Saturn due to a problem with our ID system (Intrusion Detection). A set of commands and scripts triggered what our firewall thought to be an internal attack and the main IP of our server was blocked and the box put offline automatically.
Fortunately, soon we realized that it was a false alarm and that all the running scripts where legitimate scripts from users on the server. So after a short scan we could put the server back online.
Even if we know that any system can give false positives, we still trust that our security systems are best in class and we plan to maintain them. We are studying the scripts and logs of ID sytem and working out a method to minimize any false positives.
We do apologize for any inconveniences caused and we do hope that all users in Saturn will understand the need of keeping a very tight and strict security levels to avoid potential risks to their own websites and other customer server's websites.
Regards
Quel
